New smolt facility at a new site.
This project took the form of a dual contract, where Artec Aqua was the design and build contractor for the process facility – including the process electronics – and Fauske Bygg handled a construction-related design and build contract.
The new installation constitutes a major expansion to Cermaq’s in-house production, such that when the plant is operating at full capacity Cermaq is largely self-sufficient in smolt.
